We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks, Company Checks. Receipt of any of the above mentioned will be returned.

We do not accept payment in cash.

Gift cards and prepaid cards are accepted where applicable. Please retain the card until the transaction is completed
BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We verify all billing information please ensure details are entered correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed.

We may require additional billing verification and require to speak with the cardholder directly to confirm proof of purchase.

Please ensure that the correct contact number(s) is provided upon purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days pending confirmation of inventory, shipping address, payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday) including air shipment. Guaranteeing the delivery of your order we strongly recommend using the same address for both your shipping and billing address to avoid delays as we will require address verification.

Once a package is mailed for delivery, we cannot make changes to your order. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING METHOD

Orders require 2-3 business days for processing (subject to conditions).

Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only.

Please note: We do NOT accept any customer's shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS, or any other company) for any order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- All sales are final during COVID-19 no exception
- It is our store policy that refunds will only be offered in the case of manufacturing faults. We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost
- Before you apply for a return, please check that the items you wish to return meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of package delivery.
- Merchandise must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed state.
- Merchandise must have garment and swing tags still attached.
- Any products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Sale' cannot be returned.
- Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewelry, Masks,Accessories and White articles
EXCHANGES
- WTGBoutique does not offer exchanges. However if you wish to order a different size, you can return your merchandise as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your desired size.
- We'll issue you a store credit on all items eligible for returns. Once your account is credited, you can use the store credit to order an alternate size, or anything else on the website that catches your eye.
STORE CREDIT
- Once we receive your return, your WTGBoutique account will be issued with store credit. An account will be created for you if you previously checked out as a guest. You can view your total store credit balance at any time by logging into your account.
- Your store credit can only be used at WTGBoutique.com unfortunately it cannot be transferred to cash, another person or another account.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of your store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- You will be prompted at checkout to select your preferred payment method to complete the order.
FAULTY ITEMS
- Our team will do their best to inspect every last product before shipping anything out to you. However if you unluckily come across a manufacturing fault, please contact wtgboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible with a photo of the fault so we can look into this for you. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without this.
